We offer bespoke services for local industry sectors to identify and grow local talent. This can be 1:1 to whole cohorts of students. We can assist in selection and prioritisation of industry desired skills and nurture the creation of the pathway into work. We can assist industry in consultation exercises with school age children in several ways by providing access to schools and expert teacher led exercises, with educators promoting the values that guide Pathway Creative. In addition, we work with schools to select students who maybe considering their long-term career goals and help industry nurture long term professional relationships with schools and individuals.
